Roderick Griffith
Founding partner
Roderick takes the contested divorces and the cases with a house, a business or a pension to divide.
Roderick spent his first years in practice at a large Boston firm, where family cases were billed by the tenth of an hour and clients rarely saw a partner. He opened the office on Essex Street in 2011 to work the other way: fewer cases, each one read closely, and a written estimate before the first bill.
He handles most of the firm’s trials and its New Hampshire matters, and he reviews every agreement before it goes to a judge.
